Sustainability Declaration Ratings

Sustainability Declarations are ranked by the amount of information that has been completed on the declaration. The ranking system works as follows:

	A declaration that has only the property address and a signature on it.
	A declaration that has some partially filled in details relating the the sustainability of the property.
	A declaration that has approximately half of the information filled in.
	A declaration that is filled in by a seller and all relevent information has been filled in.
	A declaration that is completed and verified by an industry professional, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data. This rank of declaration also has all relevent areas completed.
